Refund and Exchange Policy
At Yostien, each piece is meticulously crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, we offer store credit or exchange only on eligible orders.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We accept exchange requests or issue store credit under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items marked as couture, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• Your order number
• Reason for the exchange
• Photos (if applicable)
Once your return is approved and received, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
